My Story, My Path to Reflexology
My journey began years ago out of need to help a family member. Traditional medicine helped, yet wasn’t enough to treat the cancer. As a result, I searched out non traditional alternatives and read a book, Therapeutic Touch by Deloris Krieger and it changed my life!
Next I studied Reiki and am trained in both Usui and Karuna Reiki. Reiki was wonderful and again was a pivotal point in my life. My thirst for more knowledge led me to study Foot and Hand Reflexology. I love learning new techniques to better serve my clients. All are amazing modalities on their own, but when combined they are incredible! I truly enjoy working with my clients and seeing the difference from when they walk in my office to when they walk out – amazing results that are definitely visible. Having twenty plus years experience sharing reflexology has truly been a blessing!

The journey continued as I was still searching for something else but couldn’t articulate what I was looking for. I found a two year spiritual ministry program which was just what I needed on so many levels. It provided me an opportunity to grow and I experienced my own incredible healing experience on an emotional, physical, and spiritual level. I was ordained as a minister on May 25, 2006. One of my mentors stated that I looked like I was marrying God and to me that was the perfect description. It was just the beginning of a wonderful relationship with the Great Creator!
As of 2012, I began teaching Reflexology and am so enjoying sharing Reflexology and learning from my students. The saying that we are all students and teachers is so true. What an amazing experience to share Reflexology and observe the transformation of my students in their technique and on their own personal journey.
I am privileged to have served on the board of both the Reflexology Association of Ohio as Director and I served six years on the boardthe Reflexology Association of America including my last three years as President. . Additionally, I was bless to receive awards from the Reflexology Association of America:

- Reflexology – Nationally certified through the American Reflexology Certification Board, 2009.
- Polarity: Certified as an Associate Polarity Practitioner
- Studied Reiki and trained in both Usui and Karuna Reiki
- A doTerra Wellness Consultant
- September 2015 became certified in AromaTouch® Technique.
- Continued education is an ongoing journey for the benefit of myself and my clients.
